    Our returns policy is valid for 14 days. If it has been 14 days since you received your order, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

    Several types of goods are excluded from the right of return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or hygienic, hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

    Additional items that cannot be returned:

    Gift cards.
    Downloadable software.
    Certain health and personal care products.

    To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

    You may not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

    There are situations where only part of the money is refunded:

    Books with obvious signs of use CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have been opened.
    Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
    Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

    Refunds

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether we accept or decline your refund.

    If your refund is accepted, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

    Delayed or no refund

    If you have not yet received a refund, you should first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially registered.
    Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is booked.

    Refund on delivery

    If you would like to return your product, please send an email to Service@sebutik.se . We will help you from there.

    You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, it may take several days for your exchanged item to reach you. 

    If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Return your product in the following ways:

    1. Fill out the return form. Click here for the form
    Contact our customer service via email Service@sebutik.se. In your message, state the reason for the return and attach a photo if the product is defective. Don't forget to attach the return form to the email.  

    2. Preparing your declaration
    If possible, pack your products in the original packaging and add a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping. Therefore, always ask PostNord for a tracking number when you send your package back. Once you have sent the package, please contact us at Service@sebutik.se .

    Please note:
    Our headquarters are located in the Netherlands. Please note that you will need to send your return shipping to China.

    3. SEND
    Go to a post office near you (or a post office or parcel shop) and send your package. As soon as we receive the package, the size/color will be replaced as soon as possible or we will give you a refund.

    Processing procedure:
    The amount will be refunded within 5 business days after we receive your return.

    DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

    Is your product defective? Please send us a clear photo showing the product is defective. We will check the photo and in most cases we can resolve the issue by sending a new product or a refund. If you contact our customer service, you can state your wishes.

    If you wish to return a product due to a right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping. If we have sent a faulty or defective product, we will cover the return shipping, provided that the fault is confirmed.
    To claim a defective product, you must send a clear video of the problem to our customer service. If the fault cannot be confirmed via the video, we may request that the product be returned for a physical inspection. If the fault is confirmed after the inspection, we will reimburse the return shipping. If the fault is not confirmed, the return shipping is at the customer's expense.
